Our first foray as a collaborative partner with Bardstown Bourbon Co. left quite the mark in the whiskey world, but we weren’t finished.

With more experience, more refined palettes and more spirit than ever, we decided to build Phifer Pavitt Spirits.

These newest releases take two incredible bourbon whiskeys and finish them uniquely in Phifer Pavitt’s finest cabernet sauvignon barrels.
